All artwork, illustrations, designs and creative content displayed on Totally Trash Panda and used in connection with our products are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

1. Ownership of our artwork and content

Unless otherwise stated, the artwork and creative content available through this Website are created and owned by Johanna Amy Lambert (aka Totally Trash Panda) or are used by us under an appropriate licence.

This includes, but is not limited to:

Illustrations and original artwork
Graphic designs and patterns
Prints and other artwork reproduced on products
Logos, brand names and visual branding
Product photography and images
Website graphics
Written content, descriptions and text
Other original creative materials appearing on this Website

All rights are reserved unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright

When you purchase a product from us, you are purchasing the physical product only.

The purchase of a product does not transfer or grant you ownership of, or any intellectual property rights in, the underlying artwork, illustration, design or other creative work.

Copyright and other intellectual property rights remain with Johanna Amy Lambert (aka Totally Trash Panda), unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

For example, purchasing a print, poster, clothing item, mug or other product featuring one of our illustrations does not give you permission to reproduce that illustration yourself.

3. Restrictions on use

Unless you have our prior written permission, you must not:

Copy, reproduce or redistribute our artwork or designs.
Download, extract or otherwise obtain our artwork for the purpose of reproducing it.
Scan, photograph or digitally reproduce our products or artwork for commercial purposes.
Modify, trace, recreate or create derivative works from our artwork for commercial use.
Sell, licence, distribute or otherwise commercially exploit our artwork or designs.
Use our artwork, illustrations, designs or branding in products for resale.
Upload our artwork to print-on-demand, marketplace, stock-image or similar services.
Use our artwork to create merchandise or other products for yourself or others.
Remove copyright notices, branding or other ownership information.
Use our artwork or designs as part of a business, brand, logo or commercial identity without our written permission.

Personal, non-commercial use of an image you have lawfully purchased may be permitted where it does not involve copying, reproducing or otherwise exploiting the underlying artwork. Nothing in this Notice limits any rights you may have under applicable law.

4. Our use of print-on-demand services

Some of our products are manufactured and/or fulfilled by third-party print-on-demand providers, including services such as Gelato and Printful.

We provide these suppliers with the artwork and production information necessary to manufacture and fulfil your order. This does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property to the supplier or to the customer.

Our use of a print-on-demand provider does not give customers any additional rights to reproduce, copy, modify or commercially exploit our artwork.

5. Third-party content

Some content displayed on our Website may belong to third parties or may be used under licence.

Where third-party intellectual property is used, it remains the property of its respective owner and is subject to the applicable licence or permission.

You must not assume that content appearing on our Website is free to copy or use simply because it is publicly accessible.

6. Permission to use our artwork

If you would like to use one of our illustrations, designs or other creative works for a purpose that is not permitted by this Notice, please contact us before using it.

Permission must be obtained in writing and may be subject to conditions or a licensing fee.

7. Copyright infringement

We take the unauthorised use and reproduction of our artwork seriously.

If we believe that our intellectual property has been copied, reproduced, distributed or used without permission, we reserve the right to take appropriate action to protect our rights.
